President, Mindy Nowakowski leads the company at Eco Lighting Services and Technology, LLC (ELS-T). I take pride in my work to be the best and always strive for perfection. We make our customers aware of the money they can save and the benefits they will gain by hiring my team of experts through upgrading their lighting and servicing their electrical needs. It is important to me that our customers are 100% satisfied because the efforts and hard work we put in is a reflection of that.

A lot of our business comes from repeat referrals because we develop long term relationships with our customers, the job is not over once completed. We stay in contact with our customers for the long run. 

I have established ELS-T with many certifications: WBE with the city and cook county, WBDC with WBENC, DBE, CMS, SBE, MWRD, CPS and WOSB certification. I attend as many seminars and classes to keep up to date with technology and best practices.

ELS-T is a full service WBE & DBE licensed and certified electrical contractor specializing in commercial, industrial and educational facilities. We are conveniently located in the Chicagoland area in Oak Forest, IL. With over 100 + years' experience, our highly skilled staff provides comprehensive and “Eco-Friendly” solutions for indoor and outdoor lighting needs from the initial free energy assessment to the installation of materials.

We assist in development of budgets, scope of work, and specification reviews to assure project constructability on time and within budget. We work for large well-known hospitals, universities, municipalities, general contractors, financial institutions, and some of the leading ESCOs in the United States.

Eco Lighting Services is in Good Standing as a registered company in Illinois. We also hold certification/registration with the Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR), The State Board of Elections and the State of Illinois Capital Development Board.

ECO offers full maintenance of lighting fixtures for a specific period of time. Most clients appreciate the fixed monthly fee to ensure budgets are met. Monthly or Bi-monthly inspections, lamp replacement, fixture cleaning, and light level inspections are all included.
